Dr. Marc, the owner of Bochner’s Realistic Self-Defense and Fitness Kickboxing Studio, uses his background as a physical therapist, Black Belt, and fitness coach to help women get real results. He’s written books on self-defense and even created an online fitness and martial arts program. His mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and supported every step of the way.

No experience? No problem! Our classes are designed for ALL fitness levels, and our instructors will guide you through each session.

Do you offer weight loss programs?

Yes! Our structured weight loss programs include: Customized meal plans for fat loss, Metabolic training to burn calories efficiently, Supplement recommendations through Prestige Labs

Do you offer non kickboxing options?

Yes, we have non kickboxing fitness sessions as well.

Small group training is a perfect balance between personal training and a group class. You’ll train with up to 4 other clients, getting personalized attention while still feeling the motivation and energy of a team.
