Dr. Marc, the owner of Bochner’s Realistic Self-Defense and Fitness Kickboxing Studio, uses his background as a physical therapist, Black Belt, and fitness coach to help women get real results. He’s written books on self-defense and even created an online fitness and martial arts program. His mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and supported every step of the way.
No experience? No problem! Our classes are designed for ALL fitness levels, and our instructors will guide you through each session.

Yes! If fitness kickboxing is your main focus, you’re absolutely welcome to stick with it. Many of our members love kickboxing as their primary workout
Small group training is a perfect balance between personal training and a group class. You’ll train with up to 4 other clients, getting personalized attention while still feeling the motivation and energy of a team.
Sessions last 45 minutes.
